Christmas is always a time for indulging, but when there are so many incredible foods to taste its a little hard not to go a bit overboard! For me this year it was a massive change, I sat on the sideline and watched as my loved ones tucked into the traditional likes of glazed hams and prawns (this is Australia after all), but this little vego wasn’t left out… at all! I actually relished in this newfound eating lifestyle that I have adopted! I created my own Kale, Pear, Feta and Maple Glazed Walnut salad (vegetarian recipe to come) and took inspiration in desserts and nourishing salad recipes from some of my favourite whole food / sugar free “foodies”.
